New Roof Installed Last Week – Are A Few “Lumps” Normal?

Our roof was installed last week. Seeing a few “lumps” for lack of a better term. Close to front gutter. Is this normal? It’s December here in Southern California, and some rain is going to hit next week. Thanks in advance!
